How do notebooks differ from projects?

Answer:

Projects are the overarching umbrella Text text. Notebooks live within projects. You can have multiple notebooks within a single project.

How do I get information from one notebook or tab to the other?

Answer:

No need! Any information you add to Jaxon is accessible by Jaxon across all notebooks. As you add more, Jaxon will be better able to assist with your specific use cases.

A server unavailable pop up?

Answer:

Means your session has timed out. Click restart. Don’t worry- Jaxon auto saves as you go, so anything you entered recently will still be there!

How do I access the welcome tour again?

Answer:

As you enter Jaxon for the first time a tour will guide you through some of the basics.

This tour can be re-accessed anytime by clicking ‘help’ at the top of the screen and selecting ‘welcome tour’ in the dropdown.

Can I delete one of Jaxon’s responses?

Answer

Yes! There is no trash can symbol on a Jaxon response, so you have to right click in the offending cell instead. Then select ‘delete cells’ from the popup.

File Changed Popup?

Answer:

This is a known bug our engineers are working to fix. Select “overwrite” any time you see it pop up.

Why did my cell type options change?

Answer

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes of this AI platform and sometimes Jaxon gets it’s wires crossed- a simple refresh will reset things to how you’re used to them.

Agent Error Popup?

Answer

If you receive this pop up, hit ‘ok’ and try refreshing the agent. You may need to hit ‘enter’ again on the cell you were trying to run previously.
